How do I pay?
Payments can be made through PayPal (3,4% additional PayPal fee), IBAN bank transfer or BitCoin transfer. Please do not pay before you have received confirmation on availability.
Do you pack the records well for safe shipping?
Records are always packed safely, using several layers of thick cardboard and bubblewrap if needed. For non-sealed items, the records themselves are placed outside the outer sleeve, to prevent cover damage.
Do I have to pay local tax/VAT on packages arriving from Norway?
Please check with your local customs department. Norway is outside the EU, and local tax/VAT may apply, also within Europe.
What does your gradings mean?
All records are graded visually if nothing else is noted.
MINT/SS - Sealed at production and never opened, no visible wear to the cover.
NM/NEW - Near Mint/New: A new and unplayed item with no visible wear.
NM - Near Mint: The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. At most a very minor, barely visible scuff or two. Very minor signs of wear of the cover.
EX - Excellent: The vinyl has some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact on the sound quality. The cover may have some light general wear, there may be just the start of ring wear, corners may have small creases, some minor seam wear, but no splits or tears.
VG - Very Good: The vinyl will have noticeable scratches or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. Covers are worn and used, and may have moderate ringwear, corners may have damage or creases, there may be seam wear/very light splits, and there may be light scratches.
Do you offer a refund for items damaged in transit?
I will offer a partial refund for items damaged in transit if the package was sent by registered mail. If the package has any visible damage, please take a picture before opening it, and e-mail it to me. For non-registered packages the process of seeking compensation for damaged packages from the Norwegian Postal Service is more uncertain, but I will try to help out.
Do you offer a refund for lost packages?
Registered packages that are lost in transit are subject to compensation from the Norwegian Postal Service. I have never experienced a registered package not arriving with the customer, but I will help seeking such compensation if this happens.
For non-registered packages I can offer no refund if the package is lost.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with it?
If you receive an item and do not agree with my gradings or descriptions, I will offer a full refund for returned items. Buyer must cover the return postage and the item must arrive without damages. Sealed items may not be returned.
Do you take photos of every package that is sent?
Yes! You will receive a photo (see right) of your package when it is on its way.

I am happy to say that I have experienced no complaints about my record gradings, and no items has so far been returned for any reason. I am also very delighted to have received many nice words from satisfied customers. Here are a few:
